- Jacqueline (Jackie) Stavros, DM is a professor at Lawrence Technological University (LTU). She is on the Council of Practitioners for the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and Advisor for the Flourishing Leadership Institute (FLI). Her passion is working with others to discover their strengths, identify opportunities, and create strategies and plans with meaningful results. She is recognized for her creation of SOAR, a positive approach to strategic thinking, planning, and leading.

Clients include: Edsel and Eleanor Ford Foundation, Flint Intermediate School District, Jefferson Wells, Girl Scouts, U.S. Army, Orbseal Tech, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Washtenaw Literacy, automotive suppliers, healthcare centers, and education.
